  • 4-month Program: Includes 12 two-hour online group meetings (3 meetings each month). Opportunity to continue on after the initial 4-month commitment.

  • Professional Help: Jeff Wright, MFT, your group leader, is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with nearly 30yrs experience helping people navigate all aspects of life including relationships and parenting. He is a husband and father of two daughters (ages 8 and 6).

  • Individual Attention: Group enrollment is limited so that each participant gets plenty of individual professional attention along with helpful group support and attention.

  • Focus on Fatherhood: We focus on the real challenges fathers face: Co-parenting, work/life balance, connecting with your kids, discipline, self-care, managing stress and overwhelm.

Jeff Wright, MFT is a licensed Marriage & Family therapist working online out of the SF Bay Area. For over 25 years Jeff has helped highly motivated successful people envision, create and grow better, happier lives.

Jeff currently offers short-term solution-focused counseling to adult individuals and couples. He offers practical tools you can use to create positive and lasting change in your life and relationships.
